Born and raised in Atlanta. Yes, that’s right, one of the few.
I was a custom jeweler for 20 + years. Started out as a teen working for Dad after school. Dad started to semi-retire in the mid 80’s so I pretty much ran the business and in ’91 he did retire and I moved the business to Alpharetta. I operated out of a small office next to the post office on Old Milton for 15 years until I just got burned out. One of my old school pals prompted me to get into commercial real estate. Being in Alpharetta all those years and participating in civic organizations like Rotary and the “Good Ole Boys” breakfast club has given me the privilege to meet and befriend a lot of “powerful” people.
You may not be able to tell, but the mayor of Milton and the “Govna” of Alpharetta are in the motorcycle gang pictured above. Dirt biking is one of my favorite pastimes as well as fly fishing, camping and most outdoor stuff.
I live on 3 acres in Cherokee County (near Hickory Flat) with my lovely wife and two great kids. Plus I am the proud parent of a 23 year old Commercial Appraiser who lives in Chicago. We also have a hundred pound hound (black lab) named Jed.
I take my work very seriously even though I enjoy it immensely. I always shoot straight and go the extra mile. I work on a clients project as if it were my own. I have recently acquired a brokers license and will always be taking more and more education to constantly improve my skills.
